Just to let you know my order (battery & memory card) finally arrived yesterday just after we got back from Portugal. It is taking a ridiculous time for RM to get things cleared but as they say 'better late than never' - don't think the posties have made many friends with this bit of action. Once again thanks for your good service - your customer relations are excellent and as I've said to you before a lot of firms wouldn't go to the lengths you have to keep customers so well informed.
