Orders All orders must be placed by 4pm in order to be dispatched the same day.
Delivery - UK Only All orders are sent free via Royal Mail 1st class post, which can take between 1-3 working days (not including Sunday and Bank holidays) unless otherwise specified. If you wish to receive the order the next day (stock allowing) you can upgrade to special delivery Next Day or Special Delivery Next Day before 9am (not including Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays).
Prices for delivery will vary depending on weight.
Cellplus reserves the right to disptach items in seperate packages.
Delivery – Outside UK Prices for delivery will vary depending on what has been ordered and the final destination. Please call on 0044 844 884 1966 to order your items and we shall confirm price of delivery.
Address We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Delivery Date We will aim to deliver the Goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed unless they are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If the goods are not delivered in the time specified by Special Delivery we will refund your postage in full.
If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Discrepancies Please check that the correct number of parcels have been delivered by the courier and if not, please write this on their delivery note and inform us within 2 working days from delivery. Please check to make sure all items ordered are present and correct.
Items missing must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
Stock If you place an order for an item that is noted as out of stock the item will be placed on back order. If you have also ordered items on the same order that are in stock these will be despatched in the normal manner or as requested with the remaining item(s) sent when in stock. When the back order is dispatched you will be notified by email. Payment will be taken if the back ordered item is not in stock to secure your order.
